Erected in 1920, t<\/span>he beautiful building once housed the largest indoor swimming pool and baths in Europe. In 1996 the old swimming pool was covered and converted into a full proscenium theater, with the pool&#8217;s basin becoming one of The Hague&#8217;s most special halls, &#8216;Het Diepe&#8217; (&#8216;The Deep&#8217;). The Grey Space is an open laboratory and presentation venue, only a few meters away from philosopher Baruch Spinoza&#8217;s house.
